Having passed my first real estate licensing exam on October 15, 1977, I became an active, full time agent on February 28, 1978. I worked for Rasmussen Realty, Battle Ground Realty and United Properties until September 11, 1980. After a 5 year move into a building supply and cedar roof manufacturing business, I returned to full-time real estate on June 24, 1985. I have remained full-time ever since and earning the Associate Broker designation July 31, 1989. I purchased the top producing local real estate brokerage firm on March 31, 1991 and was awarded the Coldwell Banker franchise July 1, 1997 and later expanded into Klickitat County.

I was born, raised and educated in Clark County. After graduating from BGHS and serving a 3 year stint in the US Army (1966-1969) most of my business and work experience has been in the central and north county areas. I remain an active caring member of the community, having previously served on the BG planning board, school study groups and over 25 years as a volunteer firefighter not to mention activities in several service and fraternal organizations. Through 30 plus years of advanced training and experience I have earned many real estate certifications and remain active in trade associations. The list includes NAR, WAR, CCAR, NWMLS, RMLS, CRB, CNE and GRI, all significant and specialized within professional circles. Being a strong advocate for the second amendment of the US Constitution, I also maintain a life/benefactor/Golden Eagle membership in the NRA.

Since selling both offices after 25 years of ownership/management, I now concentrate and specialize in providing professional real estate services to Buyers and Sellers directly in Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania and Klickitat Counties of Washington, within the Coldwell Banker United Brokers office.
